The 14th Amendment Is For Every American Right?
The Constitution of the United States of America is an outline of how we as a nation of different races of human beings are to live unto God our Creator. The 14th Amendment states in section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and of States wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
However, in reality it is not enforced by our law enforcement agencies for the poor and the minority Americans. It only sounds good in theory right? I often wondered how the insurgents were created in Iraq when the American intelligent stated that the Iraqi citizens would welcome American soldiers as liberators. As I continued to pay attention to the media in America reporting the situation as it developed in Iraq I began to understand how the Iraqi insurgents were growing in numbers against our American soldiers. It appeared that the Iraqis were first demonized by the American media.
Then when our American soldiers entered Iraq they arrested all the males starting from the age of 12 and older. Then our America military soldiers dehumanized the Iraqis citizens while they were in prison. Then finally our American military criminalized the Iraqis as a people. Yes! I believe that the Iraqis who were fighting our military were fighting for their lives unto death. These were the Iraqis who first embraced our military who later found out that the American military was not there to deliver them from Saddam only, but to dehumanize, demonize, criminalize and then murder them.
Now I will tell you, the reader, a story of an event that Mrs. Fox witness in Fairfield California. On June 17th 2007, which was Fathers Day my family and I were celebrating the Fathers in our family. We were watching videos of that day of events. We were eating and talking about how proud we were to have fathers in the family raising their children in a family of educated and successful family members. Well little did I know that the Fairfield police was lurking around on private residential property looking to spoil our family kodak moment.
As we started to depart and return to our homes a police officer decided to arrest two of my family members. You might say why Mrs. Fox? Well, I asked the same question. I later was told the police officers were at the wrong address and my family members were falsely arrested. When I stated I wanted to file charges against the officer in question who started the false arrest process. I was given a complaint form to fill out and sent on my way with four other American Citizens who witness the incident. Now later I request a copy of the police report just so I could see why the police officers came out to an American Citizens house like we were Al-Qaeda terrorist. Now, I know why. Every since Congress passed the Patriot Act giving law enforcement the right to violate American Citizens Constitutional Rights, Our Bill of Rights, and our Declaration of Independence; our Rights to equal protection under the laws of the United States of America has been openly violated.
Yes, the officers did the same thing to me and my family like America military soldiers did to the Iraqis. The officers of the law demonized, dehumanized, and then criminalized my family and myself in front of the neighborhood and all of our family members. At that point, I understood how and why the insurgents were growing in Iraq. If I, as an American Citizen, had to make a decision that night who side I would be on, I would have chosen not to be on the side of the police officers for sure. The profane language that the officers used that night showed their state of mind toward me and my family. Right now, Mrs. Fox is looking for an Attorney to represent my family so we can put a stop to this type of corruption that flows through the Fairfield police department in California.
This is not about protecting Mrs. Fox only, it is also about our children who are being demonized dehumanized, and criminalized by our law enforcement agencies for displaying normal childhood behaviors like under aged smoking and drinking, which America has zero tolerance. Out pass curfew a parent can call in their child as a runaway. Children fighting in schools are charged with assault and battery. A child shows affection toward the opposite sex and is charged with sexual harassment. This present generation of children is not doing anything different than the generation of children before them. However, because the adult generation of law enforcement decided to have zero tolerance toward childhood behaviors, every child that is arrested is first demonized, dehumanized, by police officers, and before the judge criminalized. My point is; are we in America making it easier for our children to be insurgents as adults?
If what our police officers are doing is legal that does not mean that it is right before God, whom we say we are one nation under. It is written For unto us a child is born and unto us a Son is given; and the Government shall be upon his shoulder; and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.(Isaiah 9 verse 6). America we must demand, as citizens, of the United States, that our elected public servants, who are the police, mayor, and commissioners, extend courtesy and respect to all American Citizens. If we do not, our nation of citizens will decide, in time, to be insurgents against our government too. Remember it is just a matter of time.
Every evil act that law enforcement commits against our children, the middle class, and the poor communities of American citizens will, I believe, create insurgents that we as a nation will have to deal with later in our old age. America you do not have to worry about the foreign insurgents coming to America to terrorize us as a nation. It will be our own children if we do not change the policy and procedures that our law enforcement agencies are using to demonize, dehumanize, and criminalize our children. Our police officers must understand that when the good police officer cover up for the criminal officer they are responsible for the next officer who commits suicide or gets shot down by an angry citizen. Justice must be served to everybody including corrupt law enforcement agents who violate our Civil Rights and commits a crime against us; the American Citizens. The uniform does not protect the person from participating in criminal behaviors. So, to the reader of this article I would like to say, if you can speak to everybody in your circle of associates concerning this matter then please do.
If left unchecked we will be a nation with all of our children responding like the children who live in a nation like Iraq. I say to all the Chiefs of police and the police unions of America; the following words are from my mouth to Gods ear; when you find you have a rogue police officer on your police force dispose the rogue officer from your department please; or when you find out that you yourself is a rogue officer please quit the force; for the sake of the city you work in so that you might have peace in your city. If not, your own family will live in fear of the youth, the poor, the middle class and the minorities citizens who also live in America. Why is it that the police officers justify their fear for their lives every time they use their guns on an American Citizen even when the American Citizens have no guns and protection gear? This fact needs to be reorganized by the Chiefs of every police department in America.
American Citizens corruption breeds corruption. It is written you reap what you sow as a person, county, city, state, and nation. (Galatians chapter 6 verse 7). You might get away with it through our evil legal system; but you will never get away with it with God; even when you are a child of God. Sometimes the Chiefs of the American Police Department have to say like Jonah said when asked by the mariners What shall we do unto thee, that the sea may be calm unto us? For the sea wrought, and was tempestuous. And he said unto them take me up and cast me forth unto the sea; so shall the sea be calm unto you for I know that for my sake this great tempest is upon you.(Jonah chapter 1 verse 11-15). Maybe the only way the cities can be peaceful is by throwing the corrupt officers off the team.
